The Wings of Hope Association of Lung Cancer Patients from Tuzla announces the
organization of an informational and educational booth at Freedom Square in Tuzla on Friday,
May 31, 2025, to mark World No Tobacco Day. The goal of this activity is to raise awareness
about the harmful effects of tobacco smoke and to promote healthy lifestyles.
Founded in January 2025, the Wings of Hope Association provides psychosocial, informational,
and logistical support to individuals diagnosed with lung cancer, as well as to their family members.
The Association aims to offer all forms of assistance and support to patients and to promote disease
prevention and the development of healthy lifestyles.
At the booth, citizens will have the
opportunity to receive information about lung cancer prevention, the risks of smoking, and the work
of the Wings of Hope Association. Educational materials will also be available, along with the
opportunity to speak with members of the Association.
We invite all lung cancer patients, their families,
medical students, media representatives, and all enthusiastic citizens to become members of the “Wings of Hope”
Association and support our work.
